YEAH!, which stands for Youth Excellence Award in the Heartlands, is a programme that promotes volunteerism among youths studying in the South West District.

A uniquely South West Community Development Council (CDC) Youth Functional Committee’s initiative, YEAH! aims to cultivate youths who are passionate about joining/organising activities that strengthens community bonding, and inculcate a desire for personal excellence in our youths as they develop teaching-ability, pick up self-improvement and leadership skills  the programme.  Inreturn for the efforts put forth, certificates, medals and special bonus prizes will be given out base on members’ involvement. 

YEAH! works closely with the “Friends of YEAH!” which include the Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs), educational institutions, grassroots organisations (GROs), corporate companies as well as government bodies, to connect them with an untapped pool of youth volunteers from the schools.
